Our straw packing machine series covers a wide range of automatic packaging solutions including individual straw packing, U-shaped straw strip packing, I-shaped straw four-side sealing, and multi-straw bagging systems.
Designed for continuous high-speed packing of straight or flexible straws. Compatible with BOPP film roll, these machines support three-side sealing, date printing, and optional dual-lane packaging.
This machine adopts a four-side sealing structure using BOPP film to pack straws in a continuous and fully enclosed format. It supports both single-straw cutting and multi-straw strip cutting, offering flexibility for various packaging styles and applications.
Automatically bends and seals straws into U shape, delivering linked strips commonly used on Tetra Pak-style drink cartons.
Packs 10–500 straws per bag, suitable for warehouse, export, or retail bulk supply. Includes auto bag forming, straw counting, and cutting, and can link directly with upstream single packing machines.
