Our flexible straw bending machines are engineered for high-speed production of bendable (accordion-type) drinking straws, widely used in milk cartons, juice boxes, and takeaway beverages. These machines convert straight straws—made from PP, PLA, or paper—into flexible U-shape or elbow straws with precision and consistency.

The machine utilizes a mechanical forming system with servo-assisted indexing, ensuring uniform creasing and smooth bending without damaging the straw. It supports diameters from 4mm to 11mm, and lengths between 150mm to 250mm, making it highly adaptable to various downstream packaging needs.
