The YK021 is a fully automatic forming machine designed to transform straight drinking straws into flexible ones.

Operated by a single person, the process begins with loading straight straws into the machine’s top-mounted hopper. From there, the straws are fed individually into the main drum, where they are securely clamped by two mechanical hands.

As the drum rotates, each straw passes through two rotary dies, which apply a precise die-pressed effect. The straw is then compressed by the mechanical hands, creating its flexible shape. Finished straws are automatically discharged as output.

The main drum operates continuously, processing up to 12 straws simultaneously, ensuring high efficiency and consistent production.
